
Group Classes
This class will target every area of your body engaging entire abdominal core, legs, arms (triceps, rotator cuff, trapezius) including building strength through lower lumber. Exercises also include the use of various pieces of equipment such as dumbbells, kettle bells, stretch bands and your body weight.
BOOT CAMP
This class encompasses weighted and body weight exercises to stimulate muscle growth, while improving cardiovascular endurance. This class will target all muscle groups by incorporating dynamic and isometric movements. This will be a high intensity and high energy workout experience. This workout will push you to your mass while keeping you engages and motivated. The result you will gain from this workout will be cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, excess fat loss and a stronger version of yourself.
Cardio Blast
This class involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body. Focusing on different muscle groups in a short amount of time (30-60 seconds). Circuit training helps to improve heart health by enhancing your endurance as your heart has to pump harder to supply your muscles with oxygen-rich blood.

This training session will provide a tailored workout experience focusing on your fitness goals. This will include a warm-up, step by step instruction using various exercises and pieces of equipment. This workout will provide a mixture of strength, cardio, and core training. Your trainer will provide feedback, offer support and encouragement throughout the whole training session.
One on One Session
Gym workout plan designed to your own individual fitness goals. We will do an assessment to find out where you are and where you're trying to go. We will work with you to design a plan that will fit into your busy life schedule. We want to help you design a plan that sets you up for success. Includes one weekly check-in call to monitor your progress.
